Langkawi Cable Car, also known as the SkyCab, is the highest in Malaysia and one of the steepest in the world, with an incline of 42°. The ride itself was smooth yet thrilling, especially when we passed over the steep cliffs. The cool breeze at the top and the SkyBridge walk made it even more magical. It felt like being on top of the world!

Place is well maintained and great views. Sky wlk had additional ticket which was not included neither mentioned anywhere while ooking, but was good experience.

Wrong Ticket but blamed Several Times it would be correct one
I was refused entry because the site sent me Malaysian tickets instead of non-Malaysian ones. And of course no refund was given despite the error on their part.
*Subject: Complaint about my first reservation*. Hello, This is the first time I have booked via your site, and I would like to express my disappointment. As I don't speak English very well, I only saw the rates for 4 Malaysian adults when booking. So I booked without understanding that there was a price difference for foreign tourists. On arrival, I was informed that the ticket was invalid and I had to buy a new one. In the end, I paid almost RM1,000 for a single activity, which is very expensive. And now I'm told I'll only be refunded 40 euros. It's a real irony, and I think it's unfair. I would like you to review my case and propose a fairer solution. It was not made entirely clear when I purchased the tickets that they were only for Malaysian citizens and not for foreigners. I was not given a refund. So I needed to purchase the tickets again and lost money
Nothing. I had to purchase a ticket a second time via a different agency. And headout does not want to refund my money
We had a great day out at Langkawi cable car. We got the standard gondola, eagle nest, sky glide & sky bridge package with fast track. You can see so much from the std gondola I don't think paying extra for a glass bottomed one is needed. We had our nearly 2 year old with us so were a bit dubious about a full day of him walking as I had read you couldn't take strollers in, but he did really well and the fast track helped, although the queues weren't too bad as we'd got there early morning. I can imagine that in peak season it get really busy but for us it was perfect, we left early afternoon after having some lunch and it was starting to get really busy. The Eagles Nest has great views and is worth the addition to your booking in my opinion. Overall we were really happy with this trip.
The express lane worked flawlessly and was very easy to access. The bridge walk was spectacular. A very wonderful experience overall.

The boom net and free swim / paddle board was good fun. The music was too loud, no seats available and advertised drinks menu was not included.
The island hopping activity in Langkawi was truly an unforgettable experience! Each island we visited was stunning, and the entire trip was managed efficiently and professionally. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured our safety and comfort at all times. Excellent service from the management – highly recommended!

Very professional! They made our entire experience extremely smooth and comfortable.
The speed boat trip was fine although very fast and the few stops were brief at the photo opportunities. The final destination was a beach for 2 hours which basically was a tourist trap for you to spend money. The beach was full of garbage and not looked after. We did not want to be there but could not leave. Would have preferred slower ride and more time meandering through the islands.
They didn't do all the islands, the boat was old and unsafe, the communication and service were poor. We passed in front of an island that looks like a gorilla, an island that looks like a pregnant woman lying down, an island that looks like a crocodile and we saw eagles fishing and then we went to a Palau island with a beautiful beach where we stayed for 2 hours. The mangroove tour is much better.
The natural beauty of the place saved the experience. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful and made the experience unpleasant.
Will never use your site again. Extremely bad experience. Waited over an hr for me tickets. Thought when buying on your site, tickets will receive instantly. Due to this I've miss going to the walking bridge doe to rain. If I didn't need to wait I would have visit the bridge. Refer to the chat I had with your company. I waited 45 mins before using the chat. Then 10 mins. Still got nothing. Was asked to wait for another 10 mins. Extremely disappointed. Never again.
The skybridge was a good experience it is our second time visiting Langkawi and wanted to the skybridge again, the views are great from the skybridge. My teen daughter really wanted to go to the dream forest as she had seen pics of it. But I couldn't justify paying the full price for it so booked the discounted combo ticket. In my opinion it is a good concept and some nice display. But wouldn't pay the gate price for it. Dream forest didn't seem worth paying the full price as a non Malaysian. Not something I'd visit a second time. Had a little glitch while booking the ticket but the staff at the skycab and headout customer service were very efficient and prompt in resolving the issue. Wouldn't hesitate booking with headout.
Overall hassle free. Staffs were cordial. My ticket was basic. I recommend to prefer basic plus category for skywalk and dinner at yacht.
