The skybridge was a good experience it is our second time visiting Langkawi and wanted to the skybridge again, the views are great from the skybridge. My teen daughter really wanted to go to the dream forest as she had seen pics of it. But I couldn't justify paying the full price for it so booked the discounted combo ticket. In my opinion it is a good concept and some nice display. But wouldn't pay the gate price for it. Dream forest didn't seem worth paying the full price as a non Malaysian. Not something I'd visit a second time. Had a little glitch while booking the ticket but the staff at the skycab and headout customer service were very efficient and prompt in resolving the issue. Wouldn't hesitate booking with headout.

We had a great day out at Langkawi cable car. We got the standard gondola, eagle nest, sky glide & sky bridge package with fast track. You can see so much from the std gondola I don't think paying extra for a glass bottomed one is needed. We had our nearly 2 year old with us so were a bit dubious about a full day of him walking as I had read you couldn't take strollers in, but he did really well and the fast track helped, although the queues weren't too bad as we'd got there early morning. I can imagine that in peak season it get really busy but for us it was perfect, we left early afternoon after having some lunch and it was starting to get really busy. The Eagles Nest has great views and is worth the addition to your booking in my opinion. Overall we were really happy with this trip.

I like that the whole place, the village, eagle nest and the cable car was even better than it looked in photographs. Headout are a great site for tickets. Purchase was simple and straightforward and when I had a question an agent on live chat was very helpful. The only down side was on the day we were there, the sky glide was out of action. There are a lot of difficult steps!

Firstly, the information on the tour package wasn't correct so there were descrepancy on the entitlement when purchasing the voucher vs what actually issued on the ticket (with dinner vs without dinner). Worst part were when the local operator texted me for the info. I checked my entitlement then I got a real bad response from the person by telling me he didn't care what I should get as they only will deliver what they get from Headout. Then the person challenge me straight away to launch a complaint ane he/she doesn't care at all. The person eventually threaten me that this is his/her boat so "my problem" isn't his/her problem and don't "bark" at the wrong tree. The person eventually blocked my message without telling me which jetty to board the cruise so I have no way to continue the tour. They are doing personal safety threat to me and refused to communicate to deliver the service that I've paid!

We are 3 non Malaysia that need to buy the tickets right before we go because we don't know about the weather and afraid can not get a ride, so we purchased in a rush. We Google and find that site not realize it is third party, so I add 3 non Malaysia and add to the cart, when we ready for payment, there is additional services fee, even though I feel the total amount will be charged is high and I thought it was service charge so I click pay. When I receive the receipt in the email, it said one Malaysia and 3 non Malaysia, I talked to headout but can't get the Malaysia ticket refund, this is ridiculous, how can the Malaysia automatically put 1, this is like a trap for non Malaysia and there is no courtesy that will return the partial extra payment. I guess this is Asian way not to have courtesy, we enjoyed Langkawi and this is first time we go Langkawi, but we go in the weather maybe raining every day so I didn't buy tickets in advance, I just can't accept the Malaysia ticket is automatically there unless you have time to check. The entire trip we went had good experience except for this one that I would never forget.

The skybridge was a good experience it is our second time visiting Langkawi and wanted to the skybridge again, the views are great from the skybridge. My teen daughter really wanted to go to the dream forest as she had seen pics of it. But I couldn't justify paying the full price for it so booked the discounted combo ticket. In my opinion it is a good concept and some nice display. But wouldn't pay the gate price for it. Dream forest didn't seem worth paying the full price as a non Malaysian. Not something I'd visit a second time. Had a little glitch while booking the ticket but the staff at the skycab and headout customer service were very efficient and prompt in resolving the issue. Wouldn't hesitate booking with headout.

Hi, this was my first visit to the Langkawi Cable Car, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. I understand that due to Eid on March 31st, the operating hours were adjusted to start at 12:30 pm. However, the overall organization was poor, and there was a lack of proper instructions and coordination. We purchased tickets online with the expectation of avoiding long queues, but we ended up waiting in line just to get the QR code access, which defeated the purpose of buying online in the first place. We had a ticket slot for 1:00 pm, but we started lining up around 12:00 pm. The organizers directed people with express tickets to go first, followed by regular ticket holders. We were told that priority would be given to the 12:30 pm slot, but the entire process was disorganized, with no clear guidance on how to line up. It became chaotic, especially for families with children, as there were no proper instructions. Additionally, all the food and beverage services were closed due to Eid, which was highly inconvenient. Given the large number of visitors, a bigger organization like yours should have anticipated the crowds and ensured that food and beverages were available on time. After waiting in line until 1:30 pm, we were still not allowed to board the cable car. By this time, some people were getting frustrated and started arguing. Unfortunately, we left without being able to experience the cable car ride at all. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope you will take these issues into consideration for future visits, especially during busy periods like Eid.

We had a great day out at Langkawi cable car. We got the standard gondola, eagle nest, sky glide & sky bridge package with fast track. You can see so much from the std gondola I don't think paying extra for a glass bottomed one is needed.
We had our nearly 2 year old with us so were a bit dubious about a full day of him walking as I had read you couldn't take strollers in, but he did really well and the fast track helped, although the queues weren't too bad as we'd got there early morning.
I can imagine that in peak season it get really busy but for us it was perfect, we left early afternoon after having some lunch and it was starting to get really busy.
The Eagles Nest has great views and is worth the addition to your booking in my opinion. Overall we were really happy with this trip.

For ticketing, we nougat 4 tickets for non malesians, but 1 ticket for a malesian stay in thé booking. We were only 4 non malesians.

While using online ticketing is a convenient option, it's important to note that you still need to queue for tickets, which can be a bit disappointing. We visited during a busy bank holiday weekend, and despite the crowds, everything was well organized. The staff were helpful and attentive, and the views were truly spectacular! Overall, it was a positive experience with room for improvement in the ticketing process.
