The cruise itself was more or less "ok", however this is a clear case of incorrect advertising which was disappointing. Almost all of the things advertised were not correct: -It only was a 3h cruise instead of the promised 4h (which is 75% of what we paid for) - This was not a premium cruise, this was a generic cruise with 60+ other people - There was no option to rinse of the salt with fresh water - There was no towel provided All of the above was listed in "inclusions" so we felt that this was very wrongly advertised when we booked it. Should not be the case! It should deliver on the promise.

The boom net and free swim / paddle board was good fun. The music was too loud, no seats available and advertised drinks menu was not included.
Firstly, the information on the tour package wasn't correct so there were descrepancy on the entitlement when purchasing the voucher vs what actually issued on the ticket (with dinner vs without dinner). Worst part were when the local operator texted me for the info. I checked my entitlement then I got a real bad response from the person by telling me he didn't care what I should get as they only will deliver what they get from Headout. Then the person challenge me straight away to launch a complaint ane he/she doesn't care at all. The person eventually threaten me that this is his/her boat so "my problem" isn't his/her problem and don't "bark" at the wrong tree. The person eventually blocked my message without telling me which jetty to board the cruise so I have no way to continue the tour. They are doing personal safety threat to me and refused to communicate to deliver the service that I've paid!
Missed the experience due to some technical issues hence did not like that.

We chose to make a 4 hours tour, in fact, the tour lasts 2 hours with 30 minutes break for lunch. We were in the group with people doing a 3 hours tour. I have been told that the extra 1 hour was made to wait other participants ? So I paid more than others expecting a longer experience just to wait people ? It is a pure scam. I reached the support team, they told me there was nothing to do. No refund or anything. So you can select a 4 hours tour and get a 1 hour one, they will do NOTHING. It is a shame, a pure shame. By the way, the places were crowded, the guid rushed the tour and there are no crocodiles in the crocodile cave since years according to the guide. I am still waiting a better issue from the support team which does not support at all.

Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, explaining the unique ecology of the mangroves and pointing out wildlife along the way. The highlight of the day was definitely the visit to the bat cave. Walking inside the cool, dark cavern and seeing the bats hanging above us was surreal! After that, we cruised through the narrow mangrove channels, spotting monkeys, colorful kingfishers, and even a few eagles soaring above — the eagle-feeding stop was a real thrill! We also visited a floating fish farm where we got to feed stingrays and learn about different species of fish — fun and educational for all ages. The tour ended with a peaceful ride out to the Andaman Sea, where we had some stunning photo opportunities with the backdrop of emerald water and forested islands. The whole day was well-paced, and we never felt rushed. I highly recommend this tour for nature lovers, families, or anyone looking to explore the wild and beautiful side of Langkawi. A perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and discovery!

Everything was handled quickly and without complications. Nice tour in beautiful weather. As always with such tours, there were a lot of people passing through. The guide cleverly tried to avoid this.

The speedboat ride was awesome, but only 3 islands were covered instead of 5 as mentioned in booking.
The speed boat trip was fine although very fast and the few stops were brief at the photo opportunities. The final destination was a beach for 2 hours which basically was a tourist trap for you to spend money. The beach was full of garbage and not looked after. We did not want to be there but could not leave. Would have preferred slower ride and more time meandering through the islands.
They didn't do all the islands, the boat was old and unsafe, the communication and service were poor. We passed in front of an island that looks like a gorilla, an island that looks like a pregnant woman lying down, an island that looks like a crocodile and we saw eagles fishing and then we went to a Palau island with a beautiful beach where we stayed for 2 hours. The mangroove tour is much better.
I never asked the guide to hurry up, I only spent little time in unnecessary places and the tour was cut short by 50% i.e., instead of 2 hours it was only 1:10 hours. And no refund provided or compensation or discount or voucher or anything.
