I bought tickets for the skybride and skyglide on 27.11. The ticket is only valid on 27.11. Both attractions were closed on 27.11.! That is fraud!

Loved seeing and hearing about these wild animals at the park.

Hi, this was my first visit to the Langkawi Cable Car, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. I understand that due to Eid on March 31st, the operating hours were adjusted to start at 12:30 pm. However, the overall organization was poor, and there was a lack of proper instructions and coordination. We purchased tickets online with the expectation of avoiding long queues, but we ended up waiting in line just to get the QR code access, which defeated the purpose of buying online in the first place. We had a ticket slot for 1:00 pm, but we started lining up around 12:00 pm. The organizers directed people with express tickets to go first, followed by regular ticket holders. We were told that priority would be given to the 12:30 pm slot, but the entire process was disorganized, with no clear guidance on how to line up. It became chaotic, especially for families with children, as there were no proper instructions. Additionally, all the food and beverage services were closed due to Eid, which was highly inconvenient. Given the large number of visitors, a bigger organization like yours should have anticipated the crowds and ensured that food and beverages were available on time. After waiting in line until 1:30 pm, we were still not allowed to board the cable car. By this time, some people were getting frustrated and started arguing. Unfortunately, we left without being able to experience the cable car ride at all. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope you will take these issues into consideration for future visits, especially during busy periods like Eid.

While using online ticketing is a convenient option, it's important to note that you still need to queue for tickets, which can be a bit disappointing. We visited during a busy bank holiday weekend, and despite the crowds, everything was well organized. The staff were helpful and attentive, and the views were truly spectacular! Overall, it was a positive experience with room for improvement in the ticketing process.

It’s not a theme park or a high-tech light show like you’d see in a big city, but rather something more authentic, set in real rainforest with local stories woven in. For me, it was worth it — a calm and magical way to end a day in Langkawi.

Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, explaining the unique ecology of the mangroves and pointing out wildlife along the way. The highlight of the day was definitely the visit to the bat cave. Walking inside the cool, dark cavern and seeing the bats hanging above us was surreal! It was very smooth. From booking tickets till going onboard. The experience was worth the money. We enjoyed. Something to make sure is we have to be there on TIME for this activity since it's a group tour. Make sure you hit Kilim Geo Forest Mangroove Tour as Langkawi has many such tours. You may have to find the vendor through their local name. Head out has amazing customer support. They are bang on.

Only would recommend to be more precise with the times: 3hrs tour is sufficient (we booked 1:30 but the tour startet at 1:50 as 1:30 is just the arriving time although the app tells you to be there at 1:15) Longer tours only include lunch and hotel pickup

The speed boat trip was fine although very fast and the few stops were brief at the photo opportunities. The final destination was a beach for 2 hours which basically was a tourist trap for you to spend money. The beach was full of garbage and not looked after. We did not want to be there but could not leave. Would have preferred slower ride and more time meandering through the islands.

They didn't do all the islands, the boat was old and unsafe, the communication and service were poor. We passed in front of an island that looks like a gorilla, an island that looks like a pregnant woman lying down, an island that looks like a crocodile and we saw eagles fishing and then we went to a Palau island with a beautiful beach where we stayed for 2 hours. The mangroove tour is much better.

It is a must visit for everyone. Fairytale is brought to life using lights sensors. The entire forest is magical at night.

We chose to make a 4 hours tour, in fact, the tour lasts 2 hours with 30 minutes break for lunch. We were in the group with people doing a 3 hours tour. I have been told that the extra 1 hour was made to wait other participants ? So I paid more than others expecting a longer experience just to wait people ? It is a pure scam. I reached the support team, they told me there was nothing to do. No refund or anything. So you can select a 4 hours tour and get a 1 hour one, they will do NOTHING. It is a shame, a pure shame. By the way, the places were crowded, the guid rushed the tour and there are no crocodiles in the crocodile cave since years according to the guide. I am still waiting a better issue from the support team which does not support at all.

The entire drink menu was not at all available and only lager beer was available. The experience was very bad with food as well. Not at all recommended
